The objective of this study is to analyse the organisational culture and its impact on small enterprises in Cantón La Maná, 2024. The present study was carried out under the quantitative paradigm using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. It reveals a high valuation of several key aspects of the organisational culture of SMEs, such as honesty (90%), respect (85%), teamwork (80%), innovation (75%) and customer service (95%). These results suggest that SMEs recognise the importance of fostering core values and positive practices, which can contribute to their success and competitiveness in the market. In small businesses in La Maná canton, the business culture is attuned to the core values of honesty, mutual respect and collaboration, demonstrating a deep-rooted understanding of ethical principles within the local business environment.
