Maintenance management is a set of activities that are directly related to the production processes, which aims to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment, machines and facilities, thus improving the operating conditions of the different work areas. Due to the above, the objective is to elaborate a preventive maintenance plan for the company PULMALOL S.A. Descriptive methodology. This research allowed us to determine that PULPAMOL S.A. has 65 pieces of production equipment distributed in 2 processes, 6 sub-processes and 4 auxiliary systems. The creation of technical data sheets and life sheets adequately organised the crucial information on this equipment. In addition, the implementation of maintenance codes was beneficial, as it facilitates the quick and effective identification and location of the machinery within the production process, allowing an accurate and correct record of failures.
