Preventing cyberbullying [Prevención del ciberacoso]

The aim is to analyse the prevention of cyberbullying. The research was based on the collection and analysis of 17 academic articles. The prevention of cyberbullying in adolescents requires a comprehensive approach that combines psychoeducational strategies, family intervention, and the responsible use of ICT in school and social environments. Through an exhaustive analysis of the literature, the need for programmes that promote emotional intelligence and social skills, as well as policies that address cyberbullying from a global perspective, adapted to current cultural and technological realities, has become evident. Collaboration between families, educators and policy makers is essential to develop effective interventions to protect young people from the serious consequences of cyberbullying, promoting their well-being and safety in a digitalised world.
